Choice Sr. Retired Air Force Officer (Major. 24 year Veteran and retired from the United States Postal Service as postmaster after serving 35 years with a demonstrated history of working in the Government Administration Industry. He is professionally skilled in Government, Emergency Management, Conflict resolution, Team Building and Public Speaking. Gary has exemplified Strong leadership in Operational Management and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Divinity from Liberty University with emphasis on Pastoral Leadership and Counseling. In addition; He has earned a MBA in Business Administration Management from Columbia State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Texas at Tyler Texas. He holds an Associate Degrees in Bible Research, Electrical Technology and Mid-Management from Tyler Jr. College. Gary is married to Ava for over 28 years. They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.

Ava B Choice, born Ava B Johnson, brings to Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc (VTFM) many hats. Ms Choice worked for AEtna Health Insurance Company for over 30 years retired as a customer service manager. She managed over 50 customer service associates (CSA) with over 10 major fortune 100 business accounts. Her wealth of knowledge in financial management is an asset to VTFM Inc. Ava have an associate degree in Business Administration, bachelors degree in Marketing Management, and a Masters degree in Business Adminsitration. Ava is the mother of (5) children and a grandmother of (6) grandmother. Ava have been married to Gary L Choice Sr for over 32 years.

Dr Christopher R Choice

Executive Vice-President

Dr Christopher R Choice (Dr Chris) brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc (VTFM). Dr Chris experience expands from having a sucessful business for over 10 years in the wedding and music entertainment business building it from (2) employees to over (15) employees when he sold it to pursue his current profession in the education field. Dr Chris is currently on staff as an associate professor at the University of New Mexico at Aberqurque. He coaches part time at the local high school and is the assistant head coach for the Semi Pro team in New Mexico. Dr Chris was very instrimental in the founding and have been a guiding force currently in the day to day operation of VTFM. Dr Chris have multiple Associates degrees, (2) Bachelor degrees, Masters Degree in Sports Management and his current Doctors Degree in Sports Education/Management. Dr Chris have (2) sons Jordan and Mason Choice.

Marcus Oliger Stinson

Marcus Stinson, serves on the Governing Board of Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc. He is committed to supporting our cause and mission. He is currently responsible for representing the States of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico. He retired from the United States Army Master Sergeant after serving 21yrs and he retired from the United States Postal Service as Postmaster after serving 21 yrs. Both in which he rendered dedicated and demonstrated services. He now serves diligently as an Associate Judge for the City of Kempner, State of Texas. He earned an Associate of Science Degree in General Studies at Central Texas College in Killeen Texas. In addition; He is a dedicated member of his church, Masonic Lodge and he provides Community Outreach Services such as; tutoring and mentoring youth and young adults. Marcus is married to LaMisha and they have six (6) children and six (6) grandchildren

Connie Nobles

Ms. Connie Nobles serves on the Governing Board of Victory Through Faith Ministry Inc. She is committed to supporting our cause and mission and represents the geographical areas of Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia. Ms. Nobles also serves as Myriad for Children as Founder and Chief Executive Officer in Charlotte, NC. Her background industries include Marketing, Contract Administration, Engineering, Social Services, Child Advocacy, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion platforms, and Leadership serving in KS, IN, IL, CA, TX, and now NC. From 2001 to 2005 she served as Court Appointed Child Advocate for Harris County, TX. After obtaining a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2006, and a Masters in Education from University of Phoenix in 2009, she began to pursue her passion of child advocacy. Today, she vows to fight for, protect and nurture children in the mist of crisis and beyond. Advocacy for Veterans is equally as important, and she is willing to help diligently to support the vision and mission. Ms. Nobles has a daughter, is Nana to 2 furry kids, and enjoys bowling, travel, swimming, music, movies, foosball, dominoes, card games, golfing, and is an author of inspirational and fictional novels.

Board Member David W. Weber serves on the Governing Board of VTFM. He is Responsible for representing and supporting our mission, vision and core values throughout the States of Kansas, Missouri and Minnesota. In June 2016, David retired from the United States Postal Service. He was raised in Watson Memorial Church and its successor Christ United Methodist Church in Independence Mo. He attended Central Methodist College, now University. Prior to retirement he served multiple positions with the National League of Postmasters as well as the United Postmasters and Managers of America.

Bobby J. James

Board Member

Board Member Bobby J. James serves on the Governing Board of VTFM. He is responsible for representing and supporting our mission, vision & core values throughout the States of Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. He is Retired Veteran in the United States Army in the rank of Sergeant First Class. He served as Postmaster for 22 years with the United States Postal Service. In addition; he served as Vice-Commander for Post 544 Veteran of Foreign Wars in Tallulah, Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Belhaven University with honors. Bobby James is married to Mira for 24 years and has 6 children.
